Sail Croatia Cruising Area - The Dalmatian Coast
The Adriatic coast of Croatia has over 1100 islands and the only way to see the best places, the hidden bays and inlets, is by yacht.

See our Croatian Cruise Maps to see the cruising area in more detail.

This historical area dates back to the times of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and has been occupied by all the major European rulers including the Ottomans. This has left Croatia with an incredibly rich cultural heritage, influencing all areas of life from architecture to food. Indeed many of the ancient coastal towns and villages were built by the Venetians and their beautiful stone houses and quay sides remain to this day. The palace of the Emperor Dioclesian is a spectacular reminder of the skills of the Roman architects. The fabulous walled city of Dubrovnik is a UNESCO World Heritage site.

The cuisine of this beautiful Croatian coast also reflects the influences of the people who have lived and ruled here. From the famous black risotto and scampi bouzara to the fantastic range of charcuterie.

Access to the Croatian coast is easy. From most European hubs there are flights to Split, Dubrovnik and Zadar in the central section and Pula in the north. We will be offering itineraries visiting the interesting and beautiful islands, coastal coves and towns along the Adriatic coast. (The direction may depend upon preceding or following charters.)

The itineraries are only suggestions and we aim to tailor the cruise to your interests.
